At Mystree Store, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, please review our policy on returns and refunds below. By making a purchase with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of Product: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or personal nature, such as personal care items, consumables, and custom orders.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 8788778487 / 9527390663. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Shipping for Returns:
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the item shows signs of use or if it is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet our requirements.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will provide an exchange for the same product. To request an exchange, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the item with details and photos of the defect.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items returned after the 7-day period
  • Items without the original packaging
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or with missing parts due to reasons other than our error
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
